Schram's aviation background and military training proved to be a good fit with Enriquez' disciplined work style and in 2012 Schram took the lead as his company's operations manager. Through their collaboration, the company established a worldwide network of partners and designed supply chain solutions for a broad range of applications around the globe resulting in annual sales growing from approximately $14 million to more than $25 million from 2012 – 2014.
